We at Vertigo Studios, the largest VR games developer in the world and part of the Embracer Group, are growing, which is why we are currently looking for a HR Operations Lead to join the team. 

The ideal candidate has first experience in developing and managing an HR team and is fluent in Dutch. If you have a hands-on mentality combined with a flexible attitude and are looking for a new and exciting challenge, then we should meet!


  • Provide guidance to our HR personnel as well as training, counseling, and coaching our staff and employees
  • Excellent execution and implementation of HR policies in line with company profile
  • Implement corporate plans for a variety of HR matters and develop clear policies as well as ensuring policy awareness
  • Analyzing data, creating clear and concise reports while using HR metrics and giving helpful and engaging presentations
  • Maintaining a seamless onboarding process and ensuring workplace health of our employees
  • Report to senior management and lead the HR Operations team (of two people)


  • Several years of experience in relevant HR roles within an international dynamic organization
  • Degree in human resources, business administration or similar qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Experience with requesting highly skilled migrant visa’s as well as assisting with the application for the 30% tax ruling
  • Skilled in dealing with absenteeism (especially in cooperation with an ‘Arbodienst’)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting pared with excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • English and Dutch on a proficient level
